This quest is obtained from Bjorn once you have completed An-A-Mount Of Healing Magic. Completing this quest will cause Bjorn to set up shop, which is great because he will have decent gold reserves and +100 attitude towards you. On the other hand, you will no longer be able to use his smithy equipment 'legally'.
