Killerwatt is a slayer monster that requires the player to wear a pair of Insulated boots to attack. If the player tries to attack the Killerwatt without the boots, the player will have their combat stats drained to 1 over a period of time in combat. This monster is required to be killed for the Mastering Enchancement quest.
