Dulann was a Minbari telepath Anla'Shok and best friend of David Martel. In 2265 he was assigned to the crew of the Liandra as First Officer Shok-nali. While he was injured following the battle over Beta Durani VII, he was taken to sickbay. While there, he saw visions of the Liandra's deceased former crew and believed that they were betrayed by one of their own. It was Dulann's interaction with these spirts that allowed the crew to uncover a hidden message that confirmed the presence of a traitor.
