Danny Byrd (August 3, 1937 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Taylor, MI. He competed in four Sprint Cup Series events in his career. All of those races came in 1965, when Byrd debuted at Spartanburg. Despite late mechanical failure, Bryd finished his first start in 14th. It was unfortunately typical of his season, failing to finish three of his four races. Luckily, he made up for that in the one race he was running at the end of, finishing 5th at Weaverville.
