All challenges are given by Eddie, who was previously featured as the player's main antagonist in Need for Speed: Underground, and messaged to the player by Melissa. His prominent Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec (1999) and the Eddie's Back award will be rewarded to the player after completing all challenges.
