Rallybo, also known as Lalibo, is a minor non-playable character in Final Fantasy V. He is a dwarf who lives in the Great Sea Trench and spends his time trying to dig a large hole, saying he feels something directly above him, though he is actually alluding to the location of the Phantom Village.
