Hugo possesses the ability to induce psychosis in his victims, thus leaving them with an array of mental disorders. He can afflict hallucinations, delusions, catatonia and thought disorders as well as reducing a person's self awareness and self esteem. Additionally, he is able to overload his victim's mind with different disorders, causing that person to lose consciousness. Hugo manifested his ability as a teenager and accidentally affected his mother's mind, possibly contributing to her suicide.
