Neptune Planet Power, Make Up! is the first command used by Michiru Kaiou to transform into her standard, regular Sailor form as Sailor Neptune in the manga, and the only one shown to be used in the first anime series. In the Cloverway dub like the other Inner Senshi, she says the phrase as Neptune Star Power!.
