On January 29, 2009, the Stronghold of Security was updated to have a new level, only accessible to members, called the Clouds of Heaven. Unlike the other four levels, gaining access to this dungeon is much more difficult. It has the following requirements: * Either Fancy Boots or Fighting Boots must be worn in the area, removing them will result in immediate death via falling from a cloud, as these boots have magical properties which can keep them on top of clouds. * In either the yellow or green zone on their offence page on the RuneScape website.
