Reverend Stone is the reverend of the church in Silent Hill during the 1860s and appeared in Past Life. He seems to be a Christian preacher, instead of one of the Order, so it is unknown if he was a member of the Order. Tom Waltz, the writer of the comic, confirmed he is related to Silent Hill 4: The Room's Jimmy Stone.[1]
