Thori was apparently an Andorian deity or holy figure. (DS9 novel: Demons of Air and Darkness; VOY - The Brave and the Bold, Book Two novella: The Third Artifact) Tharia ch'Ren used the phrase, "Oh, for Thori's sake!" in a moment of exasperation. It is not explained who Thori is.
