In the short term, yes, he was right, because Naruto's status as a Jinchuriki resulted in the Invasion of Pain, which destroyed most of the village and killed a large portion of its shinobi. However, Nagato revived the ones that died. In the long term, no, he wasn't right. Even though Naruto's status as caused the village issues, he at the same time is its greatest protector, the Akatsuki did attack the village because of him, but he defended and defeated them. Also, his actions also allowed from the deceased shinobi to be revived. As the story progresses it shows that Naruto is instrumental to establishing peace and defeating Akatsuki, not to mention becoming the greatest shinobi in the village. So, no, in the long run, Orochimaru's statement is proven to be more and more wrong about Naru
