Graham Norman Tope (born 30 November 1943), and known as Baron Tope, of Sutton in the London Borough of Sutton since 1994, is a Liberal Democrat politician. Active in in politics as the Vice Chairman of the Young Liberals, he sensationally captured the Conservative parliamentary seat of Sutton and Cheam at a by-election in December 1972, his first electoral contest.
