T.O.R.C.H. is a Fire Shooter that appeared in Super Mario Sunshine II: Battle of the Frozen Isle with the same use F.L.U.D.D. has, only she shoots fire. She appears as a partner to Luigi like F.L.U.D.D. is to Mario. T.O.R.C.H. stands for Turbo Omnidirectional Ranged Conflagration Holder. She is the opposite of F.L.U.D.D., in both function and presumed gender. She is also fireproof.
