Song Notes: This is from Petra Haden's new album, Petra Haden Sings The Who Sell Out, which is, oddly enough, exactly what it sounds like. It's Petra Haden singing The Who Sell Out in its entirety. Although, by "entirety" I don't mean "all of the songs" (though, she does do all the songs as well as the Radio London bits), but that she sings EVERYTHING. The drums. The guitars. The bass. The vocals. EVERYTHING. On her first solo album, Imaginaryland, she had a few a cappella tracks; Mike Watt really dug those. He was also surprised that she'd never heard The Who Sell Out before, so to both ends, he gave her an 8 track and two cassettes, each with a side of the original LP on the first track.
