Joe Sykes was an associate of Sheriff Davenport. Joe sent a coat belonging to Paul Stoddard to the chemist, in order for a strange substance found on it, left by Jeb Hawkes in his Leviathan form, could be analyzed as part of the investigation into Paul's death. (934)
