Order 44 was the brother to Order 66 in theory. Once ordered, the Stormtrooper commanders were to kill their commanders. Only once was this order put into effect and it was aimed at all Grand Admirals. It backfired when it was ordered because it sent the Galactic Empire spiraling even closer to defeat.
