Regent Archer was present during the meeting between Artie and the Regents in Breakdown. He changed the sign on the diner door to "Closed" and discouraged would-be customers. He was also at Myka Bering's reinstatement hearing, where he participated, with Theadora Stanton and Adwin Kosan, in determining whether it would be suitable for her to return to work. Unlike Ted, his job is never specified. He was tortured for information by Walter Sykes and subsequently killed, but not before he provided a former agent's journal that contained information about the location to the Regents' Sanctum.
