The Koopa Bun is one of Zess T. 's recipes in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is made from a Turtley Leaf and a Keel Mango. It looks like a turtle with what looks like a moist bun colored green. Using it restores 15 FP. In Super Paper Mario, it was renamed the Koopa Dumpling and was made by Dyliss of Flopside. The ingredients to make it are Cake Mix and a Turtley Leaf. Using it halves damage players take for a short amount of time.
