Achilles is a character from Ancient Greek mythology, and as such it is possible that he never even existed. The majority of what is known about Achilles comes from Homer's epic poem "The Iliad". None of the written records of the Greek myths makes any mention of Achilles exact age, so we know little beyond the fact that he was a mature adult at the time of his death.
