Charles Stewart (September 25, 1914 - June 15, 2000) co-wrote 29 episodes of The Andy Griffith Show (in collaboration with Jack Elinson, and two episodes of Mayberry R.F.D. He also wrote episodes of "The Adventures of Rin Tin Tin", "The Real McCoys", "Make Room for Daddy" (for which he received an Emmy nomination), "Petticoat Junction", "Love American Style", "The Brady Bunch", "Chico and the Man", "All in the Family", "Three's Company" and "Diff'rent Strokes".
