Barbarian helms, also known as primal helms, are a type of helm, which only Barbarians, including Act V Barbarian Warrior hirelings, can equip. They frequently feature +skills, in addition to normal magical and rare bonuses. There are also four unique barbarian helms — Arreat's Face, Wolfhowl, Demonhorn's Edge, and Halaberd's Reign — and a set barbarian helm, Immortal King's Will.
