It is created by Eevee (who also serves as the webmaster) and is based on the famous character "Eevee" from the Pokemon series. Eevee's BP page Users of the site can get one of the 8 eeveelutions that currently exist when they click the large "Eevolve" button on the site, which also has 8 'evolution' stone hovering around it. Users will land on a page that gives them a description of their Pokemon evolution and the opportunity to role-play.
