CTN-9021-8 (also known as Chloe Halsey) was a female smart-AI construct created by UNSC Navy scientist Dr. Catherine Elizabeth Halsey. She was the AI partner of SPARTAN-II Commando Daisy-023 and accompanied the child-SPARTAN on many of her missions during the Second Great Galactic War. She was programmed with a Basic-Mando'a lexicon that enabled her to communicate discreetly with SPARTAN-II's Ordo-011 and Venku-113, who, like Daisy, both spoke Mando'a as a second language.
