Schanke's Culinary Delights is a cookbook compiled by members of the FoDs faction of Forever Knight fandom. It primarily contained original recipes from fans, but also included one from John Kapelos (the actor who had played the character of Schanke in the show). A copy of the cookbook was donated to the seventh Kickstart the Knight auction.
