He was employed at the Sydney Airport as an Official. When he was approving the Marshal’s luggage on the plane, he asked why he needed 5 guns on the plane; as the Marshal explained the story he discovered Kate’s toy plane inquired to what it was. When the Marshal taunted Kate, he was attacked, and just as the Official was about to call for backup, the Marshal took care of the situation. (Exodus - Part 1)
