Balmoral Court is a 10 storey tower block in Ruthrieston, Aberdeen. Construction was carried out in 1968 by P. Cameron and contains 58 flats. Although it is still owned by Aberdeen City Council, it has since been adapted for use as sheltered housing for the elderly.
