Masaomi Kanzaki is a mangaka (Japanese comics author). He drew and wrote Street Fighter II: Ryu (ストリートファイターⅡ RYU Sutorîto Faitā Tsū Ryū?) (simply titled Street Fighter II in its English editions), the manga adaptation of Street Fighter II.
