Bracewell Smith (29 June 1884 - 12 January 1966), knighted in 1945 and known as Sir Bracewell Smith, 1st Baronet, of Keighley in the County of York from 1947, was a businessman and Conservative Party politician. Born in Yorkshire, he was a member of an entrepreneurial property owning family who were proprietors of The Ritz, The Carlton Hotel and The Park Lane Hotel. He entered local politics as a member of Holborn Borough Council in 1922 and was Mayor of Holborn for 1931-32.
