Nor Chasen is a small village in southern Altara, located east of Ebou Dar. Nor Chasen is a port village. The precise location is uncertain, however it is not on Kabal Deep, where the coast does not possess any good haroborages according to the Seanchan. When two men try to kidnap Matrim Cauthon, they claimed that they were passing through Ebou Dar on their way to Nor Chasen.
