The Secondary Council of the Scenario Clan was a part of the government of the Scenario Clan. The council members were [SC]Rasputin and [SC]Stewie. The Secondary Council were part of SC's oligarchy form of government. It was made following the approval of the Constiutition by the Council. It was succeeded by administrators.
