Tsuruchi Shugenja were very rare, numbering no more than half a dozen at a time. They followed the teachings of Youma, a ronin shugenja who joined Tsuruchi prior to the Clan War. They had a style of investigation that relied heavily upon the kami, allowing the Tsuruchi to track their prey with great speed and accuracy.
