Yulyush K'ayshar was a Romulan ambassador who later held an unspecified political role in the Romulan Star Empire. In 2268, K'ayshar was credited with bringing about the Klingon-Romulan détente and became respected by Klingons for doing so, including Wil'yam Shex'pir. Shex'pir later wrote a play about K'ayshar after K'ayshar fell from power. (ST reference: The Klingon Hamlet) The character is a reference to the historical Julius Caesar and the play Julius Caesar.
