The 2nd German was Toht's right hand man when He invaded Marion's cafe. He was a very cruel German who tried to shoot Indy with his machine gun when he was fighting the Giant sherpa. Indy managed to wrestle his gun out of his holster and shot him four(4) times, killing him.
