Herb and Glo are a happy, friendly couple of tourists who visit Sesame Street in a 1991 episode. Herb and Glo find joy in meeting new people wherever they travel. When Herb becomes especially happy, he sings out his feelings of the moment which is always punctuated by a very high note. Their relentless good nature becomes irritating rather quickly to each person they meet, thus they’re introduced to the next person who happens by. From Oscar's point of view, they're "so friendly, it's scary."
