Queen Talisa Stark, née Maegyr, is a major character in the third season. She initially appeared as a recurring character in the second season and debuted in "Garden of Bones." She is played by starring cast member Oona Chaplin. During the War of the Five Kings Talisa works as a healer on the battlefields of the Westerlands, where she meets the King in the North, Robb Stark, falls in love with him and eventually marries him.
