Angsthaas (Scarehare) is a hare who debuted in the 2008 season of Sesamstraat, the Dutch co-production of Sesame Street. He is a furry reporter who follows the adventures of the daredevil chicken Stuntkip. Angsthaas was created in order to address the subject of childhood fears. He doesn't dare to do the things that Stuntkip does, like going to the dentist, barber, or retrieving a ball that lands in the garden of a neighbour.
