Venaz was a worker in Chuffs, a mine outside Darujhistan. As the mining group's local tough, Venaz picked on little Harllo. Some time prior to Harllo's arrival Venaz had been Bainisk's favoured mole, a position he had been intensely jealous of, despite growing too big for the tasks it entailed.
