Details: Luis and Ivan Arango are brothers who the partners with Pedro Uribe. Uribe was part of a Medellin Cartel and creator of a suburban New Jersey drug ring creating and selling drugs. In May of 1986, the FBI began surveillance on Uribe's drug ring and learned that those involved pretended to be family members and were able to bring in the drugs. They also learned that Uribe was able to make over $2 million a week. In September of 1986, the police shattered his illegal activities, but he, Luis and Ivan slipped away. They have not been seen since and are wanted by the FBI, along with Hugo Balbin and Miguel Villegas, two other Uribe associates.
