NPOV (Neutral Point-of-View) is a policy that applies equally to real-world articles, in-universe articles, reader-facing templates, and categories. Every subject within an article must be treated fairly and with complete objectivity. No sides may be taken nor moral judgments made. Overtly positive, sympathetic diction is just as unacceptable to an unbiased encyclopedia like the InuYasha Wiki as overtly negative, hostile diction. The InuYasha Wiki is first and foremost an encyclopedia, and not a forum for the personal opinions and viewpoints of its editors. Bias can sometimes creep into articles, even without its editors realizing; so the InuYasha Wiki advises all its contributors to be vigilant in detecting bias and removing it.
