Antwane Mann was a man who owned a hair saloon named "Soul Clips" and one of the bouncers at the party where Petty Officer Chris Gordon's body was eventually discovered. Agents Anthony DiNozzo and Caitlin Todd interviewed him and then showed him some photographs of the Petty Officers who had been at the party. Antwane then showed them a photo of a man who a girl went off with at midnight with the photo being that of Petty Officer Wong.
