Core behavior was a concept in the philosophy of Alixus, which she tried to put in practice on an Orellius system colony. After Benjamin Sisko arived in the colony in 2370, and subsequently got angry at Alixus and took away her journal, she described the action as the first core behavior she had seen from him.
