Kamal Konkani was a Pakistan-born terrorist who was raised in India and England and who also specialized in giving his clients new identities while also erasing their pasts. After a long, lengthy hunt, the FBI team led by Tobias Fornell and Courtney Krieger managed to capture Konkani with the NCIS Major Case Response Team watching the proceedings on a live video feed in MTAC which occurred during Identity Crisis (episode).
