Celeste Shillypreat is the radio DJ of Beechley Underground 95 in Grand Theft Phineas:Tri-State Area. She's a hipster that mostly loves indie music & sometimes plays a few mainstream artists. Most people of Danville, except for Phineas, Katie & Isabella consider her very annoying on the radio. Ironically, most of the people can't stop listening to her because the songs are so good.
