Vault 914 was a vault built by the Rakata species that was located in ruined Rakata machine chamber in the the Tomb, an ancient prison on the planet Belsavis, and was used by the Galactic Republic to imprison the six Sith Lords known as the Dread Masters. During the invasion of Belsavis, Special Operations Group One reached the vault and attempted to release the Dread Masters, but Esh-kha warriors interrupted them and wiped out the Imperial soldiers before taking the Dread Masters' stasis chambers themselves.
