French actor Philippe de Grossouvre appeared in two episodes of Coronation Street in October and November 2000 that were filmed on location in France as Parisian artist Olivier Madar. He has worked in a number of British television productions including Spooks, The Deal, Hustle and Footballers' Wives as well as the film The House of Mirth. On stage he appeared in the 2005 production Playing Away at the Sadler's Wells theatre.
