Magebane eye is a type of monster in ADOM. As the name implies, magebane eyes are pests to spellcasters as they drain the PC's PP whilst within a certain distance of them (which can be quite far). They drain PP even if they are not hostile to the PC, or cannot even see him/her. Their melee attack can confuse the PC upon damaging hits. Like other eyes they can resist mindcraft and shrug magical bolts.
