Carlie Rumbelow is a character in the novel Final Destination: Dead Man's Hand. She is the owner of the apartment that Carolina Lavirra was living in. After her son Danny was beaten to death by her boyfriend Roberto Diaz, Carlie went into her apartment to comfort her until Detective Ackerman and Detective Montoya arrived to interrogate Carolina.
