Travel to Miscellania or Neitiznot, and talk to either King Vargas or Mawnis Burowgar. You do not need to travel to the other island after you talk with either one of them, however, you have the option of doing so if you want. Regardless, they both suggest that you talk to Brundt if you want to know why they are at odds with one another.
