Luke was a staffer at CTU Los Angeles during Day 2. Luke was among the CTU employees injured in the three blasts at the CTU LA building detonated by domestic terrorists working for Joseph Wald. Blooded and confused, he was carried by Tony Almeida and another staffer until they came upon Michelle Dessler, who was relieved to see Tony alive. Tony sent Luke with Michelle to create a triage for the injured, and then went with the other staffer to help Paula Schaeffer ("Day 2: 11:00am-12:00pm").
